It’s the special time of year when we all feel love and compassion and do some extra family bonding. Let’s not forget the less fortunate.

The song is about a lonely crooner that is mourning the heartbreak of lost love. Many artists have recorded that song form Celine Dion to Jon Bon Jovi. In order to cope with the feeling of loneliness during Christmas, you really must spend time with friends that are uplifting, with positive vibes that will touch your spirits.
The shopping should be over by now, hopefully, and it’s time to distress. Go out to the spa, get a pedicure and manicure. The stress might be over for us civilians however, celebrities, VIPS, socialites are gearing up already for the coming events in 2017. It seems that “America’s Got Talent” runner-up Jackie Evancho will sing the national anthem at Donald Trump’s inauguration.The 16-year-old said she was “so excited” to be performing at the ceremony on January 20. She finished second on the TV talent show in 2010. Boris Epshteyn, director of communications for the Presidential Inaugural Committee, said she was “an inspiration for all Americans.” Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli and rapper Kanye West have also been rumored. It was just this past Tuesday that West met the President-elect at Trump Tower, however, no confirmation on whether the pair discussed the inauguration.
According to sources familiar with the planning, casino mogul Steve Wynn is helping to wrangle performers for the festivities, which, according to a donor package unveiled, include a concert and fireworks on the National Mall, two balls, a parade. According to published reports, sources say the musicians mentioned as real possibilities: Lee Greenwood and Garth Brooks.
The Trump Team will have their work cut out for them if they are going to top Barack Obama’s first inauguration in 2009, a stream of A-List celebrities and musicians gathered at the Lincoln Memorial for a concert. Bruce Springsteen, U2, Pete Seeger and Beyonce performed in the sub-freezing weather to a crowd that stretched along the reflecting pool to the Washington Monument.
That will be tough to match, however, anything is possible with Donald Trump. Those who have been involved in planning for previous inaugural events and concerts say that the first people who they reach out to usually are those who showed up on the campaign trail. In Trump’s case, Ted Nugent who performed for him and Jon Voight narrated a convention video. If past inaugurals of Republicans victors are any guide, there will be plenty of country music personalities there.
Trump also met with Mark Burnett, the creator and executive producer of “The Apprentice,” to talk about the inauguration plans. They brainstormed on different ideas, from a parade up Fifth Avenue to Trump Tower and a helicopter ride to Washington. However, sources said Trump told the team he favors a more “traditional” approach. Let’s see if Team Trump will bring high-wattage celebrities to D.C for inaugural festivities after such a hard-fought and divisive presidential campaign.
