HOLLYWOOD—Melissa Rivers, 46, daughter of Joan Rivers, threw a party to honor her mother following her death on September 12 at her Los Angeles home.

Melissa and her son, Cooper, will inherit a $150 million fortune. That fortune includes a $35 million apartment located on the Upper East Side of New York City, two rescue dogs, her “New York Jack Russell Terrier,” and “California Border Collie.”

Rivers passed away on September 4 after being placed on life support after a surgery she had on her throat from the previous week in

New York City.
